Summer 2023 was our last year as Fit MOM is no longer offering Fit MOM Outdoors classes.

Here is the official announcement.

It was an amazing run. We’re incredibly grateful for all the support, the friendships made along the way, and the many incredible memories.

We’re excited to continue to support moms through our various online programs and community within MVMT Online Studio and our in-person and online Prepared 4 Postpartum pregnancy classes.
