In April 2020, we offered a free 4 week Spring Cleaning Challenge. Each week challenged the group to "cleaning up" different areas of their life.
The last week was a toughie and very thought provoking.
We asked our challenge group to seriously consider what may be "toxic" ☠️ or "heavy" 🧱 in their life and make plan for the next 7 days (or more!) to decrease or eliminate it.
This question certainly inspired people to evaluate what sorts of habits they have or who they interact with that either hold them back or push them to be better.
