![]() Britney spent many summers at her parent's gym Tri Fitness, working with clients, teaching group exercise classes, personal training, and learning the business side of the fitness industry. This is where she truly learned to love helping others improve their health. After high school, she followed that passion and attended Carroll University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree, with additional classes in nutrition. While in college, she gained a wealth of knowledge from the wellness industry, as well as personal experience in long distance racing. After graduation, she moved to Appleton, and began teaching outdoor boot camp and cycling classes at the YMCA. In the first outdoor boot camp she and Drea taught together, they had 75 participants! In 2012, she and her husband Matt decided to train and complete the Fox Cities full marathon together, which is her favorite racing memory. In September 2015, Britney and her husband joined the ranks of first time parents with the birth of their son William (Will). In February 2018, their daughter Everly Ann joined their family.
Outside of staying active, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, friends, and her lab Benelli, cooking, and being outdoors. She is easily bribed with homemade chocolate chip cookies. |
![]() In 2004, Andrea (Drea) joined the Army National Guard as a Junior in High School. In 2009, she was deployed to Iraq for a year. During her time overseas, she discovered she loved instructing fitness classes after she had the opportunity to teach a few during her limited downtime. After returning from Iraq in 2010, she started to teach boot camps, strength, and cycling classes at the YMCA and AAC Xcel Sports. In October 2013, Andrea and her husband Mike had their first son (Kaden), she quit her job at a local hospital and became a SAHM while continuing to teach fitness classes. Shortly after giving birth, Drea realized the need for a fitness class specifically for moms to not just cater to teaching for postpartum bodies (based on her personal experience) but also that would welcome kids to participate as well. After doing some research, she came up with the idea of teaching local stroller fitness classes and got a hold of Brit. And the rest is history. In January 2016, Andrea and Mike welcomed their second son, Tristan. Having two has really taught her that she needs to meet and rely on fellow moms even more!
Outside of teaching, she loves being outside, making memories with family, watching her sons grow and learn, travel, and bribing her sister Britney with homemade chocolate chip cookies. |

Kelly Fochs Anderson, 500 RYT Yoga Instructor, Mom of 2
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
500 RYT Yoga Instructor (Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Kids Yoga, Postural Anatomy, Private Yoga Training) Yoga Body Bootcamp Certification CPR Certified Yoga Life Coaching Certification lEARN MORE ABOUT Kelly!
Kelly has always been interested in healthy. She played volleyball in high school and took long walks with her mom. She went to college at UW-Stevens Point, where she would workout with her roommates, taking group fitness classses and working out at the campus’s gym. She has consciously strived to stay active since her “day” job as a graphic designer requires a lot of sitting.
It wasn’t until 2005 when her late husband was diagnosed with cancer that she really started to research and learn about nutrition, our environment and how to better take care of our bodies. After the death of her husband, to cope with the loss and stress, she found yoga. Knowing the improvement to her health both physically and mentally that yoga provides, she became passionate on bringing it to others. She has been a stay-at-home/work-from-home mom since 2014. With Rylan in kindergarten this year and Charlotte to follow next year, she made the decision not to go back to a full-time desk job and pursue her yoga certification. In 2020, she received her RYT 200 Yoga Instructor certification from Empower Yoga in Appleton. Wanting to learn more, she went on to receive her RYT 500 Yoga Instructor Certification this past November. Kelly lives in Freedom with her significant other, Wade, and their two kids, Rylan (6) and Charlotte (4) and also Wade’s two kids, Kyla (13) and Mason (17). Kelly enjoys learning, reading, paddle boarding, running and being with her kids. |
Nora Suttner, Fitness Instructor, Mom of 3
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
Barre Above Certified Instructor Kettlebell Instructor CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers Middle School Spanish Teacher for Five Years Completed a half Ironman, numerous Olympic and sprint distance triathlons, several half marathons, 10ks, and 5ks Division III collegiate swimmer lEARN MORE ABOUT Nora!
Nora spent almost her entire life on a pool deck. She began her swimming career at the YMCA and completed her career at UW-La Crosse, swimming two years for the Division III school.
Once swimming ended, she needed a new fitness outlet to cope with the stresses of school and beginning her career as a middle school Spanish teacher. Nora begrudgingly took up running and has grown to love it. She also began taking group fitness classes at the local gym. After she and her husband, Jon, relocated back to the Fox Valley in 2015, she began attending Fit MOM classes with her oldest daughter, Adelyn. Nora was searching for not only a way to maintain her physical fitness, but for a community of women to walk through motherhood with. Fit MOM has kept Nora active through two diabetic pregnancies and has inspired her to become certified as a kettlebell and barre instructor (because she loves to throw around heavy weights and balance two-pounders that feel like a million). While Nora enjoys all things fitness, outside of the fitness world she works from home as a freelance proofreader. She also enjoys biking, going for walks, running, playing outside, exploring new parks, and playing cards/board games with her family. |
