We offer a variety of LIVE fitness classes (HIIT, Strength, Fusion, Barre, and Yoga) throughout the week with a range of times. We also have a library of previous workouts that members can access anytime!

During the warm summer months (June-September), we offer a large variety of classes outside! Kids are welcome - so moms can get their workout in and the kids get to watch and participate (way to role model, mom!)

PERSONAL TRAINING & NUTRITION SERVICES
We are ACE Certified Personal Trainers who specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness.  We support moms during pregnancy and provide fitness education, body awareness, and basic nutritional guidance in support of gently and safely guiding their body towards optimal postpartum fitness.

LIVE and On-Demand Online Classes

As experienced fitness professionals, our instructors offer a variety of safe and effective LIVE fitness classes (HIIT, Strength, Fusion, Barre, and Yoga) throughout the week with a range of times. There is also a library of previous workouts that members can access anytime!​  We also have a large amount of free classes on our YouTube channel as well! Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and participants are given modifications and options throughout the workout so they can feel successful. Friends from faraway can be part of the fun. Join us from ANYWHERE!

Let's Get Outside!

This is how Fit MOM was started!  During the warm summer months (June-September), we offer a large variety of classes outside! There is hardly anything better then actually getting together.  Kids are welcome - so moms can get their workout in and the kids get to watch and participate (way to role model, mom!) PLUS play with their friends!  Moms get a bit of a "playdate" too as we always stick around after class and let the kids play at the park while we catch up and hang out.  Strollers and baby wearing welcome!  Drop in's welcome as well.

Personal Training

We are ACE Certified Personal Trainers who are specialized and passionate about helping women in their fitness journey.  We understand how a woman's body changes over time and before and after birth and, as moms, we personally can attest to these changes! We support moms during pregnancy and provide fitness education, body awareness, and guidance on how to gently and safely guide your body towards optimal postpartum fitness.  If you've never had a baby (if you've adopted or whether you plan to get pregnant or not), you are currently pregnant, just had a baby, or if your last baby was 15 years ago, we are happy to work with you!  We will refer to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists as needed and are happy to work with your current PT to continue your care plan.

It comes with a huge mess of emotions - super highs of pure joy, awe, and contentment and all the way down to loneliness, doubt and guilt....sometimes all in one day! It's no secret that a well balanced diet is absolutely essential to fueling your body to look and feel your best.  Our Personal Training packages will offer basic nutrition guidance that will help anyone starting or wanting to maintain their fitness journey.
