Delete the Word Can't
Build a strong mindset. The body will follow.
As ACE Certified Personal Trainers, we hear the word "can't" a lot. Fellow moms lay the self-guilt on thick with what they struggle with regarding exercise, nutrition, self care and stress management.
-stick with a healthy eating plan"
-pass up sweets" -find time to go for a walk, stretch or workout"
-stick to a good workout routine"
-go out for a girls night when the kids need me at bedtime"
-find time for meditation"
Henry Ford once said, "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right". Change your mindset--delete the word "can't" from your vocabulary and replace it with CAN or WILL".
