All our classes are ideal for "pre-moms", moms who are pregnant, newly postpartum, and beyond the baby stages! Caregivers and women without kids are welcome as well.
We will modify class structures and offer different levels of intensity and exercises based on the client needs in our classes. We want to get to know you so we can help you get the most out of your time with us. So we welcome all moms on every level of fitness - from "beginner getting in to shape" to the "advanced intense exerciser" - and everyone in between!
Outdoor Stroller Fitness
This is our main summer class held mostly outdoors.
Strollers can be used for WAY more than just for walks! StrollerMOM is a great way to use the natural resistance of the stroller and outdoor environment (plus a lot of body weight and resistance band exercises) to get an excellent overall body workout targeting all those "mommy" muscles! We designed this class to meet the physical demands of motherhood while enjoying nature and the company of your baby! Your baby or toddler gets to join in on the fun and you'll find the support and encouragement you need from other moms here too!
